THIS IS NOT TRADITIONAL THERAPY. THIS INVOLVES PRACTICAL STRATEGIES FOR DAILY LIFE.

In addition to counseling, I work with law enforcement agencies to integrate mental health and behavioral strategies into hostage and crisis negotiation training. Combined with life in a military household, this gives me a unique understanding of high-pressure environments and the strong identities that often come with them.

As a master’s-level clinical intern, I’m able to offer quality counseling at a lower cost. Sessions are sliding scale and never more than $50 per hour.
